This project involved the complete bespoke fit-out and interior architecture of the exclusive Chairman’s Mansion within the prestigious Sobha Hartland 2 community. As a flagship residence, the mandate was to create an unparalleled luxury experience, integrating palatial scale with the highest echelon of custom craftsmanship, rarest materials, and state-of-the-art technological integration. The design was aimed at establishing a timeless yet cutting-edge global standard for ultra-luxury residential living.

Full Architectural Detailing & Execution: Comprehensive design and construction of all interior spaces, including structural modifications to accommodate bespoke architectural elements like grand voids and feature staircases.

Exotic Material Specification: Sourcing and installation of hand-selected, rare natural stones (e.g., Onyx, exotic marbles) for flooring, walls, and feature installations, alongside custom leather and metal detailing.

Advanced Building Management System (BMS): Implementation of a fully integrated, centralized control system managing every aspect of the mansion, from climate zones and security to custom lighting scenes and advanced AV distribution.

Bespoke Joinery Masterpiece: Design and fabrication of all custom millwork, including specialized wall paneling, temperature-controlled walk-in wine cellars, a cigar lounge, and a library finished in premium veneers.
