This project entailed the full-scale, luxury fit-out and architectural refurbishment of the bespoke Morgan Villa located within the exclusive Sienna Lakes community of Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE). The goal was to transform the traditionally styled residence into an ultra-modern, light-filled sanctuary. The renovation focused heavily on creating seamless indoor-outdoor living, integrating personalized luxury amenities, and ensuring every finish adhered to the highest international standards.

Major Structural Alterations: Extensive internal demolition and structural modifications to achieve expansive, open-plan living areas and re-engineer the facade for modern aesthetics.
