This dual-villa project, located in the prestigious Redwood Avenue community overlooking the Fire course, involved the simultaneous and meticulous fit-out of two luxury five- to six-bedroom residences. The scope included transforming two unfinished units into cohesive, high-specification homes, focusing on integrating advanced smart technology and European-standard luxury materials to create a unified and elevated living experience for two separate, discerning clients.
