This project involved the extensive architectural renovation and luxury interior fit-out of Villa 18 in the Ataya cluster of Dubailand’s The Villa community. The core objective was to completely transform the traditional Spanish-style interior into a contemporary, light-filled, and highly functional family home. The scope included major layout reconfigurations, updating all services, and applying premium finishes to achieve a sophisticated, modern aesthetic throughout the expansive property.

Full Structural Reconfiguration: Removal of internal walls and adjustments to door/window openings to maximize open-plan spaces and improve light penetration.

Premium Material Specification: Installation of modern, large-format porcelain and natural stone flooring, custom timber wall paneling, and high-quality sanitaryware.

Smart Home & MEP Upgrade: Complete overhaul of electrical and plumbing systems, including the integration of a centralized smart home platform for seamless control of lighting, climate, and security.

Bespoke Joinery: Design, fabrication, and installation of all custom millwork, including a sophisticated new kitchen, utility rooms, and personalized walk-in closets.

Exterior & Landscape Modernization: Renovation of the outdoor areas, featuring a new contemporary pool design, modern deck finishes, and simplified, elegant landscaping.
