This project involved the custom high-end fit-out and interior architecture of a luxury villa located in the highly desirable P322-AG sector of Dubai Hills Estate. The client’s brief required transforming the shell-and-core structure into a sophisticated, modern family residence, focusing on spatial efficiency, premium finishes, and the integration of advanced smart home technologies. The design prioritized elegance, comfort, and maximizing views of the landscaped community.

Full Interior Design & Build: Execution of all internal architecture, spatial planning, and interior finishing from shell and core to handover.

Luxury Material Sourcing: Installation of high-quality materials including large-format Italian porcelain, natural timber flooring, and custom metalwork details.

Bespoke Joinery Package: Complete design, manufacture, and installation of all custom cabinetry, wardrobes, kitchen units, and decorative wall paneling.
