Project Overview
This project involved the complete design and build-out of a modern, multi-functional commercial and industrial facility (Planetco Warehouse) for BARTWAI in the central Al Quoz industrial area. The objective was to transform the existing shell into a highly efficient, aesthetically sharp, and technologically optimized space that serves as both a logistics hub and an administrative headquarters, maximizing vertical storage capacity and operational workflow.
Scope of Work

Architectural & Structural Modifications: Reinforcement and modification of the warehouse shell, including optimized placement of loading docks and installation of high-capacity storage racking systems.

Fit-out of Office & Admin Spaces: Complete internal fit-out of all annexed administrative offices, staff facilities, and executive areas, featuring contemporary commercial finishes.

MEP & Systems Integration: Installation of specialized industrial-grade HVAC, high-bay LED lighting systems (for efficiency), and advanced fire suppression and security systems.

IT Infrastructure: Implementation of robust structured cabling and network infrastructure to support inventory management systems, security monitoring, and office operations.

Flooring & Safety: Application of high-durability epoxy flooring throughout the warehouse floor area to withstand heavy vehicular traffic and meet strict safety standards.
