This project involved a major structural and aesthetic renovation of a premium villa located in the Alvorado 2 sector of Arabian Ranches. The primary challenge was to modernize the traditional Spanish architectural style characteristic of the community while integrating a clean, contemporary interior suitable for modern family living. The renovation focused on achieving open sightlines, enhancing natural light ingress, and updating all fixtures and finishes to an international luxury standard.
Scope of Work

Structural Alterations: Removal of key internal walls to transition from a segmented to an open-plan layout on the ground floor.

Full Interior Fit-Out: Replacement of all flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, and internal doors across both levels.

Bespoke Joinery & Millwork: Design and installation of custom, handle-less cabinetry in the kitchen, laundry, and all bedroom wardrobes.

Smart Home Integration: Installation of a centralized lighting control system and integrated audio-visual infrastructure throughout the villa.

Exterior Enhancement: Renovation of the existing pool and landscaping to create a seamless, contemporary outdoor living and entertaining area.

Villa-17 was successfully transformed from a traditional house into a high-specification, contemporary luxury residence.
