The mandate was to create a modern architectural masterpiece that capitalizes on the mountainous and coastal landscape of the Emirate, integrating sophisticated interior design, regional architectural influences, and cutting-edge home technology across its expansive footprint.

Full Architectural Design & Construction: Comprehensive execution of all structural, architectural, and engineering phases, from foundation laying to final handover.

Luxury Interior Finishing: Installation of internationally sourced premium materials, including rare stones, custom wood species, and specialized plaster finishes tailored to the humid climate.

Integrated Smart Home System: Implementation of a robust, fully automated system managing all internal environments (lighting, climate, security) and external features via a centralized control hub.
