This project involved the design and construction of a specialized, high-capacity trailer shed facility for Bartawi in the Jebel Ali industrial zone. The primary objective was to create a durable, structurally sound, and optimally organized covered area for parking and maintenance of a large fleet of commercial trailers. Scope of Work

Civil & Foundation Works: Preparation of the site, including heavy-duty concrete slab foundation, specialized drainage systems, and earthworks suitable for large commercial vehicle loads.

Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection: Custom design, fabrication, and erection of the main structural steel framework for the large-span shed, ensuring high wind and load resistance.

Roofing & Cladding: Installation of high-grade insulated roofing and cladding materials to provide protection from the elements and minimize heat gain within the shed area.

MEP & Lighting: Installation of industrial-grade electrical wiring and high-powered, energy-efficient high-bay LED lighting necessary for 24/7 operational visibility and safety.
