This project involved the bespoke, high-end fit-out and interior architecture of Villa 09 in the exclusive Emerald Hills section of Dubai Hills Estate. Working from a shell-and-core structure, the mandate was to create a monumental, fully customized residence that reflects sophisticated modernity and integrates cutting-edge technology. The design maximized the property’s prime location, ensuring luxurious finishes and personalized amenities throughout.
Scope of Work

Full Interior Architecture & Construction: Execution of all internal design, construction, and finishing works, including customized partitions, flooring, and ceiling systems.

Luxury Material Specification: Sourcing and installation of rare, large-format marble slabs, fine timber veneers, and specialized glass and metal finishes.

Integrated Building Management System (BMS): Installation of a complex, centralized automation system managing lighting, multi-zone climate control, security, and advanced audio-visual distribution.

Bespoke Joinery & Millwork: Design, fabrication, and installation of all custom components, including a designer show kitchen, walk-in closets, specialized bar areas, and decorative wall paneling.

External Works & Landscaping: Design and construction of the outdoor living spaces, including a custom infinity pool, pool deck, hardscaping, and automated ambient lighting.
