The primary goal was to modernize the existing Mediterranean-style villa into a sleek, contemporary beachfront residence. The focus was on optimizing the layout to maximize natural light and sea views, integrating state-of-the-art technology, and applying the highest level of premium finishes suitable for a prestigious waterfront property.
