This project involved the bespoke, high-end renovation of Villa 08, a luxury residence situated in Cluster 43 of Jumeirah Islands. The mandate was to entirely transform the existing structure into a modern, light-filled architectural statement that maximizes its unique plot size and water views. The renovation focused on creating a sophisticated, contemporary interior aesthetic, integrating state-of-the-art home technology, and utilizing premium, internationally sourced materials.
Scope of Work

Full Architectural Redesign: Major internal reconfigurations, including removing internal walls and columns to create expansive, uninterrupted open-plan living spaces.

Premium Material Specification: Sourcing and installation of custom-cut natural stone (e.g., Italian marble) for flooring and feature walls, combined with high-grade timber veneers.

Smart Home & Automation: Implementation of a fully integrated home automation system managing lighting, security, climate (HVAC), and motorized curtain/blind controls.

Custom Joinery: Design, manufacture, and fit-out of all bespoke elements, including a fully equipped hidden preparation kitchen, custom bar, and floating vanity units.

Landscape & Pool Renovation: Complete redesign of the exterior, featuring a new, contemporary infinity-edge pool, custom sun deck, and low-maintenance, modern soft landscaping.
