This project involved the comprehensive renovation and high-specification upgrade of two adjacent luxury villas, 10 and 20, located within the prestigious Limetree Valley community of Jumeirah Golf Estates. The primary goal was to modernize the existing structural and aesthetic design, transforming the villas into contemporary masterpieces while ensuring a cohesive material palette and quality standard across both properties. The focus was on maximizing interior space, improving circulation, and integrating cutting-edge technology.
Scope of Work
Full Interior Architectural Redesign: Reconfiguring internal layouts for improved open-plan living and light flow.
Imported Finish Selection: Sourcing and installation of premium Italian marble flooring and custom-milled European wood paneling.
Bespoke Joinery & Fit-out: Design and execution of all built-in wardrobes, kitchen cabinetry, and specialized furniture pieces.
Integrated Climate & Smart Control: Installation of a high-efficiency HVAC system and a centralized home automation system for seamless control of lighting, security, and AV.
Façade Enhancement & Landscaping: Exterior treatment upgrades and creation of tailored outdoor entertaining spaces, including a redesigned pool and deck area for each villa.
